If Wing Vibe is not for you, we will give your money back. No interrogation, no hoops.
14-day, no questions asked
You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for a full refund, for any reason at all. Just email plaetorius@gmail.com with the email you used to buy, and we will take care of it. You do not need to explain yourself.
How the money comes back
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to land.
The creator deal: up to 100% back
There is also a separate way to get money back: post about Wing Vibe. If you share your pal on a Reel or TikTok, pass 2,000 views and we send half your money back; pass 20,000 views and we refund all of it, so the app ends up free. Either way you keep the app. It is its own thing, with its own rules, and you can read all of it on the creator deal page.
Free founder keys
Founder keys claimed during the launch are free, so there is nothing to refund. They stay yours regardless.
